Gia N. Paige, PhD
Dr. Paige is a social scientist, nonprofit strategist, and the visionary behind GAPS Consulting NC, a social enterprise dedicated to strengthening organizations serving marginalized populations. With over two decades of experience in education, community development, and nonprofit leadership, Dr.Paige brings a deep understanding of the systemic challenges facing under-resourced organizations and the practical tools to overcome them.
Dr. Paige combines research, lived experience, and strategic expertise to help mission-driven organizations establish robust infrastructure, amplify their impact, and grow sustainably. An expert in Human & Social Services & Nonprofit Administration, her work is further grounded in evidence-based, equity-centered approaches.
