Gia N. Paige, Mphil & Doctoral Candidate
Gia N. Paige is a social scientist, nonprofit strategist, and the visionary behind GAPS Consulting NC, a social enterprise dedicated to empowering grassroots and BIPOC-led organizations. With over two decades of experience in education, community development, and nonprofit leadership, Gia brings a deep understanding of the systemic challenges facing under-resourced organizations—and the practical tools to overcome them.
As Founder & Principal Consultant, Gia blends research, lived experience, and strategic expertise to help mission-driven organizations build strong infrastructure, amplify impact, and grow sustainably. She is also a PhD candidate in Human & Social Services Nonprofit Administration, further grounding her work in evidence-based, equity-centered approaches.
